What happens when I run out of reads?
The desk stops at the next statement and says so on the file's timeline. Buy a pack or start a plan under Plans in the desk, then drop the statement in again. Nothing is read without a read to pay for it.
Do monthly reads expire?
Reads from a plan add to your balance each month you are subscribed; the balance carries while the plan is active. Packs never expire.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Manage billing in the desk. The reads already paid for stay yours.
How do you take payment?
Stripe. Cards for plans and packs; invoices for built workspaces.
Is there a trial for the CRM?
The self-serve desk is the trial. A built workspace is scoped and quoted; you see it come together in your own workspace before it is live.
