CRM solutions · built to order
A CRM built around how your team already works.
Not a tier to pick. We take the brief, model your records, wire the automations, draw an interface for each role, import what you have, and hand you a workspace on your own domain.
What is in it
The record is the product.
Live grids
Tables over Postgres with views, filters, groups and links between records. Two people on the same row see the same cell change.
Automations
Triggers on a cell, a form, an inbound text or email; waits, branches and actions that write back to the row. Runs on our edge, logs every step.
Interfaces per role
An underwriter, a closer, a collector each get their own pages over the same data, with exactly the fields their role may touch.
Inbox and texting
Gmail and Microsoft 365 threads filed to the record. Texts and calls from the row on your own numbers.
Invoices and payments
Stripe Connect onboarding, invoices from the record, a pay page in your name, receipts on the row.
Underwriting desk
For lenders and brokers: the statement reader, verifier, sheets and offers, inside the same workspace.
White-label
Your name, your mark, your colours, your domain. Sign-in mail and the pay page carry your brand, not ours.
Roles and permissions
Per-project roles with field-level overwrites, invites by email, an audit of who changed what.
API and webhooks
REST for every table, server-sent events for live grids, signed webhooks out, an assistant that edits with tools.
How we work
Brief, build, run.
A conversation
Tell us what the team does today, in what tools, and where it hurts. We write the brief back to you with the data model and the roles.
We build it
Tables, automations, interfaces, integrations and the import of what you have. You watch it come together in your own workspace.
You run it, we keep it
Your team is invited and trained. Changes are a message away; the platform ships every week underneath you.
Who it is for
Teams of three to three hundred who are done with five tools.
- Lenders and brokers: intake, underwriting, offers, funding, collections in one book
- Agencies and services: clients, projects, invoices and the portal they log into
- Operations: dispatch, inventory, orders and the automations between them
- Anyone with a spreadsheet that became the company
“The CRM owns the book. The app reads and writes through it.”
How a lending tenant runs on the platform today“Statements sent to the inbox file themselves onto the deal.”

Before we talk.
Why is there no price on the page?
Because the work is the price. A workspace is modelled, built, imported and configured for the team that uses it; the quote depends on seats, modules, integrations and onboarding. Records are never billed.
How long does a build take?
A first workspace is usually live within a couple of weeks of the brief; the import and the training follow. Larger integrations are scoped in the quote.
Can we keep our own domain and brand?
Yes. The workspace, the sign-in mail and the customer-facing pages are white-labelled on your domain.
Is the underwriting desk included?
For lenders and brokers, yes. It is the same desk sold self-serve, inside your workspace, and its reads are part of the quote.
Tell us what the team does. We will write it back as a system.
Email or WhatsApp. A real person answers, usually the one who will build it.
Or start with the desk today.
Underwriting is self-serve. Ten reads free, and it grows into the CRM when you are ready.
